This website is run by Claim Simple Ltd, trading as Report Repair, registered in England and Wales (company no. 11459714), registered office The Old Fuel Depot, Twemlow Lane, Holmes Chapel, Crewe CW4 8GJ. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as a claims management company (FRN 830182).

What this website does

• We give general information about reporting repairs and housing disrepair claims, including landlord contact details and timescales taken from public sources.
• If you ask us to, we introduce you to a law firm on our panel, who may handle your claim under a separate agreement with you. We don’t handle claims ourselves.
• Our panel law firms pay us for each introduction.
• You don’t need to use a claims company. You can complain to your landlord, then the Housing Ombudsman, yourself for free.
