When to call JRHT straight away
Phone JRHT straight away if anything puts someone in danger or leaves your home unsafe. 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours, use this number for emergencies only. The number is in JRHT’s repair contacts.
Smell gas? Leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first, then tell JRHT.
